1. Head – Alternate Delivery Channels Division

The minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or reputable foreign university. 10 years of banking experience including 08 years in handling Alternate Delivery Channels.

2. Head – Card Producation Department

Minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university. 08 years of banking experience including 05 years in handling Card Production.

3. Head Call Centre Department

Minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university. 05 years of banking experience including 03 years in handling Call centers.

4. Head – Call Centre Quality Assurance Department

The minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university or reputable foreign university. 05 years of banking experience including 03 years in handling Call Centre Quality Assurance

5. Head – Call Centre Unit

Minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university. 04 years of banking experience including 02 years in handling Call centers.

6. Phone Banking Officer _ Call Centre Unit

Minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university or reputable foreign university. 01 year of Call Center handling experience in a Bank.
