Anti Narcotic Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar requires the services of an energetic and hardworking Advocate for contesting ANF cases in CNS Court, Mansehra, and Peshawar High Court Abbottabad Bench as Special Prosecutor on a contract basis.
Positions Announced:
1. Prosecutor
The Advocates fulfilling the following criteria can apply:-
(a). The candidate should be a practicing Advocate of the High Court.
(b). The candidate must have experience in contesting criminal cases in
High Court especially of narcotics cases.
(c). The candidate must be a member of the High Court Bar Association.
(d). The candidate must be a citizen of Pakistan resident of / settled at
Mansehra with no political affiliations and must not be involved in any
matter of misconduct or criminal case. He must not have been dismissed from Government service nor declared as an insolvent.
Salary Package: An attractive monthly retainer-ship fee will be offered up to 95,000/- inclusive of taxes and may be increased annually by up to 10% depending upon the performance of SPP or otherwise.
Note: During the period of the contract with Anti Narcotics Force, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in any court as defense counsel in narcotics-related cases of any Law Enforcement Agency. Interviews will be conducted at the Regional Directorate ANF Khyber. Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview. Female Lawyers are encouraged to apply.
