Positions Announced:
1. Manager International Compliance OG – I
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University/ College / Institute recognized by the HEC. Candidates having a Master’s degree and/or any other related certification will be preferred.
Minimum 05 years of banking experience preferably in Regulatory Compliance, Internal Control, and/or Audit.
Sound Knowledge of AML / CFT / CPF regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities: To work with Country Compliance Officers (CCOs) in developing corrective action plans and establishing sustainable controls. Ensure overdue items are escalated and deadline extensions are sought with proper justifications thereof. To conduct offsite reviews through Quarterly Review Reports (QRR) and periodic process reviews of different compliance areas and to follow-up with (CCOs) for resolution of gaps observed. To review regulatory updates (regulations, circulars, etc.) issued by the overseas regulators, received through the Compliance & Control Sheet (CCS) on monthly basis. To follow up on the implementation status of the action plan to monitor compliance. To ensure CCOs map relevant local regulatory requirements with documented policies/procedures and escalate delays/gaps to the Unit Head. To closely coordinate and follow up with the CCOs on the compliance systems implementation process.
