Qualification required for the following vacant position: The candidate should have Master’s Level degree.
Experience required for the following vacant position: The candidate should have atleast 12 – 15 years of experience specifically in Garment Industry.
Location of the following position: This position is located in Lahore.
Duties / Responsibilities: Responsible for daily production targets as per customers’ quality standards. Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction and monitor hourly production. Manage all tasks for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment. Coordinate all departments for smooth Garment manufacturing. Closely monitor sewing and finishing. getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor. Set up sewing lines, check consumption, costing, and inventory. Achieve maximum production by lowest cost. Guide IE Team for increasing production capacity line efficiencies Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials. Giving feedback to customers and quality team Communication with top management directly to resolve the issues in the factory. Responsible for operations, operations’ staff control, and management
Skills required for the job: Good leadership from mid-level to tower level Should be technically sound. Good judgment and compromise willing person. Problem solver of all technical issues Represents the whole factory well. Quick decision-making skills in any situation. Able to understand any high fashion and critical product production. Well-disciplined and productivity-focused.
