Positions Announced:
1. CSO
Develop and implement a comprehensive Security Plan to counter threats Identification of Security threats Develop and train the security team and supervise their daily operations Maintenance and enhancement of existing security infrastructure and assets Liaison with the relevant Law Enforcement Agencies for their timely response Periodic reporting to the management security situation of the society Assistance in security personals hiring, training and retention
2. 21C
Assist CSO in the execution of his duties. Manage administrative affairs like training, messing, uniform, leave, etc of the staff Supervise daily operations of security Regular Patrolling of the premises to maintain order and establish presence Enquire and resolve suspicious activity of possessions Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation Respond to incidents immediately and appropriate measure
Age limit required for the following positions and jobs: 35-45 years, relaxable.
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant positions and jobs: Masters/ Bachelor’s Education. 8-10 years relevant security management experience / retired army officer etc. Physically and medically fit. Preferably conversant with Civil, Criminal laws Previous experience in managing a residential society in a similar capacity will be preferred.
