Positions Vacant:
1. Chief Financial Officer
Qualification / Experience: A member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants. At least 10 years’ experience (including minimum 05 years of relevant (power sector) experience ie. work experience at establishment! operations of a poster plan).
2. Company Secretary
Qualification / Experience: (a) Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants; or (b) Member of a recognized body of Corporate or Chartered Statistics. or (c) Person holding Masters’ degree in Business Administration or Commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. At least 5 years of relevant experience, prior experience of working in a similar role is preferable.
3. General Manager Site / Operations
Qualification / Experience: Bachelor/ Masters’ Engineering Degree (16 Yeats Education) in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Power, or other relevant disciplines of Engineering. At least 10 years’ experience in the Power Sector (is. establishment or Operations of Power Plant). Prior experience of working in similar work is preferable. Capability to manage, negotiate, and coordinate with relevant National and. International O&M Firms.
4. Manager Administration
Qualification / Experience: Bachelor / Masters’ Degree (16 Years Education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or another relevant degree. At least 05 years of experience in Administration in a reputable organization including 03 years of relevant experience in the public or Power sector.
5. Manager HR
Qualification / Experience: Bachelor /Masters’ Degree (16 Years Education) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or another relevant degree. At least 05 years of experience in Human Resource Management in a reputable organization including 03 years of relevant experience in the Public or Power sector.
