1. General Manager (Bio-Defence)

Qualification / Experience required for the job: a) Ph.D (Bio/Medical Sciences) b) M.Sc or equivalent (Bio/Medical Sciences) with 1st Div.
b). Preferably Retired Armed Forces Officers (Col / LI Col or equivalent) with MBBS. Higher qualification (FCPS or Ph.D./ M.Phil) in Microbiology / Pathology / Virology will be preferred. 8 years of experience. 13 years of experience.

2. General Manager (Policy, Training & Coord)

Qualification / Experience required for the job: MA / M.Sc in Defence & Strategic Studies / IR / Government & Public Policy with 1st Div Preferably Refired Armed Forces Officers (Col / Lt Col or equivalent) with above qualifications. Officers having Command & Stall Course (Psc) will be given preference. 13 years of experience.

3. Assistant Manager

Qualification / Experience required for the job: BE / B.Sc Engineering in the relevant field with 1st Div.

4. Assistant Manager (Physics)

Qualification / Experience required for the job: M.Sc or equivalent in the relevant field with 1st Div.

5. Assistant Manager (Adm / HR)

Qualification / Experience required for the job: MBA/ BBA (04 years)/ MPA/ MAS/ MSc / MA HRM / MS or equivalent in the relevant field with 1st Div.

6. Assistant Technical Officer / Chargeman (Aero Engine)

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Retired Air Force Officials (JCO / SNCO) with DAE or equivalent in Aero Engine/ relevant technology with 1st Div.
