1. Practicing Lawyers

The applicant must: a. Beholding a valid license from the Provincial Bar Council to practice as an advocate in the High Court; Practicing as an advocate in the High Court for the last two years preferably in sales tax laws.

Selection shall be made in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (Engagement of Private Lawyers) Regulation, 2018. 3. Applications shall be accompanied by a CV along with attested copies of the CNIC. educational documents, and documentary proof showing their practice/experience in taxation matters. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained. The application must reach to the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
