All fields must be carefully filled and no field should be left blank. Fees (non-refundable and non-transferable) may be deposited in any branch of Habib Bank Limited or Bank Al-Habib Limited on the prescribed deposit slips. After depositing the prescribed fee, the Original Application Form along with the Original Deposit Slip and CNIC copy should be sent to the Manager of Operations, Allied Testing Services (ATS), 111-B, Street 4f 30, F-1011, Islamabad before the closing date of submission of application forms. DO NOT send documents/testimonials to ATS Office, attested copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ATS or the appointing authority for scrutiny purposes. Original documents (educational and experience) shall be produced by the candidates at the time of the interview. Application forms are available on www.ats.org.pk Applications MUST be submitted within 15 days of publication of this advertisement; no application will be accepted after the said period.
