1. Managing Director / CEO
• Overall direction and leadership aimed at achieving the organization’s philosophy, vision, mission, values, strategy & operational goals, and objectives. • Developing a strategic plan to enhance revenue, profitability, and growth of AE, The position is responsible for leading, scaling & operationalizing the people, structures, partnerships, and program needed to execute Ars strategy for maximum impact. • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships and partnerships with businesses, local government, and community to maximize impact and achieve major business targets. • Responsible for effectively leading the organization’s operations and executing strategy while maintaining transparent communication and reporting to the Board of Directors.
The candidate should be an eminent professional of known integrity and competencies having Engineering and Business Management degrees from a recognized/accredited university/institution by HEC. Candidates with degrees from foreign universities will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 15 years of experience in an Industrial Organization with a focus on Energy. Proven experience in a senior management position successfully managing large teams toward a common vision and purpose.
