Minimum Master/BS/BS Hons (4 Years) degree or equivalent from HEC recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Principal at a reputed private or public educational institution (s) • Minimum 10 years total experience in teaching & administrative posts in educational institutions/organizations (Attested copies of Experience Certificates from the previous employers are required)
• Leadership & command ability • Highly effective interpersonal and managerial skills • Intellectual role model: expert at public schooling & pedagogy • Thorough understanding of personality development & grooming of students • Ability to develop effective strategies to improve the educational performance of students • Sound knowledge of teaching strategies for guidance & training of teachers • Good administrative acumen to discharge important functions, including man-management, procurement, health, security, sports, counseling, financial matters & correspondence • Strong grip on practices & modalities of the educational system in Pakistan
