Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation Limited [PIDC], a public sector company based in Karachi, invites proposals from reputable HR Consultancy Firms & Individuals for revamping its existing HR policies in order to bring them in consonance with the market incorporate best practices. The task would involve, among others, updating the company HR manual; creating job descriptions; and preparing employee performance evaluation mechanisms, within 3-month time. As a separate assignment, PIDC may also like to undertake a salaries/benefits survey to benchmark its compensation packages. Qualification and eligibility criteria required for the hiring of HR Consultancy Services: Individuals desirous of being considered will have to demonstrate their rich experience in leading public as well as private sector organizations in HR policy drafting/making roles. Interested firms and individuals being required to send their technical and financial proposals in two separate sealed envelopes in line with PPRA Rules.
