Qualification / Experience required for the following position: Graduate, having an age minimum of 30 years, with at least 8.10 years’ experience Ideal post holder would be someone who is soft-spoken. calm, trustworthy. punctual and high conscious of hygiene Presentable. responsible for strong work management habits and discipline. Have a Proactive approach and be able to anticipate and perform tasks with minimal direction. Should be proficient in basic computer applications.
Responsibilities: Deals with household purchases & expenses. Also, the ability to sort utility bills and keep the expense records. Ability to keep manage house staff Should be able to keep eye on other properties and do the necessary repairs; maintainers. if required. Maintain household vehicle logs and perform routine maintenance. Schedule appointments/ meetings and establish appointment priorities. Manage routine correspondence. Manage hotel and travel booking and schedule of Director Assess the urgency and importance of matters and take appropriate actions. He should be a problem solver and updating the employer on issues of high importance. ensuring that the Director is fully informed on all the matters requiring attention.
