1. Company Secretary Railway Board
The number of vacant positions: 1 vacant post
Qualification required for the following vacant position: Master Degree in Business Administration or Commerce or Law from a recognized university by the Higher Education Commission with at least 5 years relevant experience; OR Member of a recognized body of corporate chartered secretaries with at least 5 years of relevant experience; OR A member of a recognized body of professional accounts with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Experience required for the following vacant position: Experience in Laws, Rules & Regulations, policymaking in procurement, accounting, commercial, marketing, litigations, land matters Railway Acts Rules, and Regulation, etc. Expert in coordination, conducting Board meetings, and drafting of minutes. Knowledge of SECP Laws and Rules related to Board functioning.
Salary Package / Pay Package: Equivalent to BS – 19
