Positions Vacant: 

1. General Manager (MR&S)

Qualification / Experience: Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor or Steam). At least 2 years sailing experience as Chief Engineer onboard oil tankers. Minimum 5 years Shore Based experience in Ship Management and Ship repairs with reputable shipping organizations in a senior leadership role. Degree in Engineering Sciences would be preferred.

2. GM Operations (Commercial)

Qualification / Experience: Master Mariner (FG). Sailing experience in a senior capacity with minimum 07 years of shore experience in a senior capacity with reputable ship owning or ship Management Company with a direct role in ship operations and import/export documentation. OR MBA in Maritime / Logistics / Finance / Marketing from HEC recognized institute. Minimum 15 years of shore experience in a senior capacity with a reputable ship owning or ship Management Company with a direct role in ship operations and import/export documentation. Preference will be given to a candidate having additional qualifications/experience.Ship Command Experience. MICS qualification.

3. Manager (Tanker)

Qualification / Experience: Master Mariner (FG). Sailing experience on tankers in senior capacity along with minimum 5 years of shore experience in the commercial division of reputable Tanker owning company / Tanker Commercial Operators / Tanker Management Company with a direct role in tanker chartering.
OR MBA in Maritime / Logistics / Finance / Marketing from HEC recognized institute. Minimum 10 years of shore experience in the commercial division of reputable Tanker owning company / Tanker Commercial Operators / Tanker Management Company with a direct role in tanker chartering. Preference will be given to a candidate having additional qualification/experience: Ship Command Experience. MICS qualification.

4. Manager of Business Development

Qualification / Experience: MBA in Maritime / Logistics / Marketing / Finance from HEC recognized institute. Overall 10 years experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in business development in a managerial role in a complex business environment. OR Master Mariner (FG) with command experience of a minimum of 5 years. Minimum 5 years of shore experience in NVOCC / SLOT/freight forwarding/shipping operations with experience in business development in a managerial role in a complex business environment.

5. Manager (Ins & Claims)

Qualification / Experience: Master Mariner (Class 1-FG) having experience as Master (Captain) OR Law Degree OR Advance Diploma in Insurance with ACII (UK) OR MBA in Insurance / Risk Management from HEC recognized institution. Minimum of three years experience at managerial level handling Corporate Claims / General Insurance. Preference will be given to a candidate. Handling marine claims with law firm / P&I or marine-related fields. Familiarity with ship/vessels regulatory framework, contract structure, and documentation/claims.

6. Deputy Manager (Ins & Claims)

Qualification / Experience: MBA in Insurance / Risk Management from HEC recognized institute OR Master Mariner with command experience OR ACII qualification. Minimum five years overall experience of handling claims in the corporate sector preferably two years of handling marine insurance claims (P&I or Marine Related Insurance) with a reputable organization.
