1. Chief Financial Officer
a. Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or b. Holding a master’s degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. The candidate must meet the Fit & Proper Criteria specified by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan for appointment in Public Sector Companies.
A minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience is required with at least 10 years of working experience in a senior financial management position in a Public Sector Company. • Able to prepare overall financial planning and reporting, budgetary control, costing and taxation, etc. re Able to formulate strategies to be used in the long-term financial plans for the Company. • Able to evaluate, monitor, and ensure effective internal controls and adequate reporting within the framework of relevant international accounting and auditing standards. • Able to prepare and direct the preparation of audits, financial statements, and other financial reports. • Able to ensure monitoring of all financial activities so that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
