Positions Announced:
1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Qualification and experience required for the job: Minimum Master’s Degree in Finance, FCA, ACCA, CIMA, or a related field from HEC recognized local or foreign institution. Extensive knowledge and practical application of the Companies Act 2017.; Banking Companies Ordinance, SECP, and SBP rules and regulations. Minimum five (5) years of experience as CFO in a large local firm, preferably in a financial institution
2. Company Secretary
Qualification and experience required for the job: Minimum Master’s Degree in Commerce / Economics / Law / Finance! FCA/ACCA / Business/ Public Administration or a related field from HEC recognized ball or foreign institution. Extensive knowledge and practical application of the Companies Act 2017. Banking Companies Ordinance, SECP and Sep rules and regulations, Public Sector Corporate Governance Rules 2013. Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar position in a large local firm, preferably in a financial institution.
3. Head Internal Audit
Qualification and experience required for the job: Minimum Master’s Degree in Finance. FCA. ACCA. CIMA or a related field from HEC recognized local or foreign institution Comprehensive knowledge of systems. procedures and regulatory requirements pertaining to respective functions/ auditable entities in a Bank or financial institutions. Well-versed in setting up systems and processes for internal audit Minimum ten (10) years of related experience with financial institutions in Pakistan with four (4) years of senior management/leadership internal audit experience with a leading financial institution in Pakistan Excellent risk assessment, monitoring. auditing, research, and investigation skills.
