Positions Vacant:
1. Secretarial Staff
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and arrange high-level management meetings, prepare and circulate agenda and minutes of the meetings, update event calendars, schedule appointments and handle visitors, etc. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, faxes, phone calls, etc. Review, sort, and distribute daily mail to the concerned recipients. Maintain contacts/email lists and distribute information to staff. Deal with internal and external customers including visitors and company employees. Prepare/review outgoing correspondence, sort documents, and maintain log records. Make travel and transport arrangements. Design, implement, and maintain electronic and print filing systems. Manage office equipment, supplies, stationery items, and other administrative matters.
Qualifications & Experience required for the following vacant positions: The candidate should possess fourteen years of education, preferably a Master’s degree with distinctive academic achievements. The candidate should be able to independently handle the secretarial services of the offices of senior executives. Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with good problem solving and interpersonal skills. Should be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a positive attitude. The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar capacity with a reputable organization. The candidate must be computer literate with hands-on working experience with MS Office products.
Age limit required for the following positions: Maximum 40 years
