Ph.D. in Economics/ Business / Public Policy with publications to their credit. 3. Director Human Resource
Master in HR or MBA (specialization in HR) or postgraduate in public management administration from a reputable national or International University with a minimum of 10 years progressive experience. Higher qualifications m the relevant field will be given preference. Maximum age between 35 to 50 years
4. Researchers
Post Graduate degree in law is preferable from a reputable foreign university. Maximum age of 40 years, Demonstrable experience of policy-level research and input and presentations to senior officials/policymakers.
