1. Director – IT
MS / ME in Computer Science / Computer Systems (18 years of Education) (Ph.D. in relevant field will be preferred) with 10 years of post-qualification experience in ERP designing, development, and implementation. Having hands-on experience in software development in ASP.net, MVC3, MVC4, MVCS, ling, nosql, mysql. Also having experience in Datacenter and Network establishment. Management experience in leading an IT department of an organization(s) will be given preference.
2. Deputy Director HR
MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or higher from a reputed HEC-recognized university. Any additional qualification in Human Resource Management will be preferred. Candidate(s) must have strong report writing skills and proficiency in IT, MS Office, and any relevant software(s) essential. Candidate(s) should have a minimum of 07 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in Human Resource Management in a reputed national and/or international organization(s) at a mid-level management position. Candidates must have extensive experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation, training and development, and HR Administration. Candidates having experience in national and/or international developmental organizations will be given preference.
3. Deputy Director Procurement
MBA / Master’s degree in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management/ Finance from a reputed HEC-recognized university. Any additional qualification in public-sector procurement or inventory management will be preferred. Candidates must have strong report writing skills and proficiency in IT, MS Office, and any relevant software(s) is essential. Candidate(s) should have a minimum of 07 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in the field of procurement and inventory management in a mid-level management position in government, private or international organizations. Preference will be given to candidates with rich experience in public-sector procurement in-line with SPPRA/PPRA rules.
4. Deputy Director Operations & Monitoring
Master’s degree in relevant Social Sciences or Master’s in Public Health/ Public Administration/ Business Administration or higher from a reputed HEC-recognized university. Any additional qualification in monitoring and evaluation will be preferred. Candidates must have strong report writing skills and proficiency in IT, MS Office, and any relevant software(s) is essential. Candidate(s) should have a minimum of 07 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in a mid-level management position in operations, monitoring, and evaluation in reputed national and/or international developmental organizations, development programs, or projects. Candidate(s) must have prior experience in developing and implementing M&E strategies and frameworks, major quantitative and qualitative monitoring methodologies, and proven ability to design monitoring tools with extensive experience in the design and implementation of capacity-building activities in M&E. Candidates having experience in operational activities of a leading organization(s) with skills in implementing M&E frameworks will be given preference
Deputy Chief Finance
MSC Finance / MBA Finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least 07 years of relevant post-qualification experience Or Member of ACCA / ICMA with at least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience. Candidate(s) should have relevant post-qualification experience working in a mid-level management position with experience in financial records and accounts, audit of accounts, tax reporting, and fund management. Candidates having prior experience in non-profitable organizations will be given preference.
