Positions Announced:
1. CEO
Master’s Degree in Management Sciences. Minimum 25 years experience, out of which at least 07 years at Senior Management position of the corresponding level in large-scale Public / Private Organizations. Has a proven record for running the affairs of a Large Industrial/Commercial Entity and Business Development experience. Age should not be more than 62 years (as of the closing date of submission of applications).
JOB PROFILE: The Chief Executive Officer will report to the Board of Directors and shall be accountable for all actions i.e., Administrative / Operational / Financial/ Policy Matters, Goals, and Objectives. Manage the affairs during the revival/transaction phase of the Mill. Responsible for HR Management, interacting with Local Administration to resolve issues of the organization as well as coordinating with Federal Government Organizations / Departments for supporting the Revival/Privatization Process. Any other functions defined under the Memorandum and Articles of Association of PSM and SECP and other relevant laws.
Pay and Allowances: equivalent to the MP-I Scale or as decided by the Board of Directors. The position will not have any retirement benefits but will have accommodation and other standard benefits as per Pakistan Steel Service Rules.
