A USAID-funded Public Sector Program requires a highly motivated and efficient individual (male/female), domiciled in Sindh, for the following position for its Program Management Unit in Karachi on a contract basis initially for a period of one year. The persons already in government service should route their applications through proper channel. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test/interview before the final selection. No TA / DA will be admissible for test/interview. 1. Director General (Works)
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: At least B.E. Civil. Preferably Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and or related field from a reputable National or International University. Minimum 20 years of Post Qualification Experience at senior position level in Government or Development Sector or renowned Public/Corporate Entities. Demonstrable experience in designing/reviewing/approving of large water & Waste Water-related infrastructure schemes is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience in USAID / foreign-funded programs.
