Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The list will be displayed on the Notice Board and hospital website on 05-04-2024. No individual call letters for interviews shall be issued. Intimation will be through SMS and WhatsApp only. The applicants must submit two sets of photocopies of relevant testimonials/ certificates/character certificates/valid experience/03-passport size photographs (attested) including a detailed CV with the mentioned valid Address, Mob No. and Mail, education documents from Matric onwards, Experience Certificates along with Domicile of Punjab & CNIC. Application Forms can be downloaded from the website https://www.mayohospital.gop.pk The applications addressed to the undersigned will be received through the Main Diary Branch. Affidavit that the applicant will not be involved in any litigation against the hospital and that the applicant is/shall not be pledged at any other place and will solely work as a dedicated employee of Mayo Hospital Model Pharmacy. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The candidates must bring all original documents at the time of the interview. All applications completed in all respects must reach through courier/by hand not later than 28.03.2024 by 02:00 PM. No TA/DA will be allowed to the candidates for the interview. The Mayo Model Pharmacy will work 24/7; The Mayo Model Pharmacy duty will be assigned as per the decision and approval of MPMC.
