Qualification / Experience: M.SC/B.Sc/B.E (Civil Engineering) from a recognized university duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council preference will be given to candidates having an additional degree of MBA/Project Management

Multi-dimensional T-type professional Civil Engineer having profound knowledge and experiences in:

I. High-way engineering

II. Bridge Engineering

III. Hydrology & Hydraulics

IV. Environment and Hazard Management

V. Engineering Project Management

VI. Contract Administration and Management

VII. Human Resource Management

VIII. Finance, Accountancy, and Auditing

IX. Communication Skills preferably skilled in informatics

X. Techno-legal issues.
