Positions Vacant: 

1. Program Assistant PPS – 06

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized University in Project Management / Business Administration / Management, possessing: Minimum 2 years of similar experience. Good typing speed. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Good written and verbal communication skills;

2. Financial Management Assistant

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized University, in Project Management, Business Administration (Finance), Accounting, possessing: Experience of at least 02 years in Financial management, producing financial statements, and preparing audit reports/audit files. Good understanding of public sector accounting and financial management systems Well-developed IT skills, familiarity with Financial Management Systems, and advanced experience using Microsoft Excel. Ability to communicate with Senior Managers/Coordinators, Internal and External Auditors, and internal and external stakeholders, etc. Good written and verbal communication skills.

3. Procurement Assistant PPS – 06

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Bachelor degree from HEC recognized University, Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, possessing:  Experience of at least 02 years in Procurement. Good understanding of public sector procurement, accounting, and financial management systems. Well-developed IT skills, familiarity with Procurement Management Systems, and advanced experience using Microsoft Office. Good oral and written communication skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.

4. Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant PPS – 06

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Bachelor degree from HEC recognized University in Business Administration, Project Management, IT-related fields, or relevant discipline, possessing:
At least 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E/MIS in development projects implemented by National/ International NGOs/UN bodies/ Government etc. Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis, and production of reports. Good Command of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software. Strong training & facilitation skills.

5. Office Internee / Trainee

Qualification / Experience required: Young university graduates (of HEC recognized Universities) in the field of Social Sciences/ Project Management/Information Technology/ Computer Sciences/ Business Administration, possessing skills in Ability to handle tasks related to Data Monitoring and Evaluation. Ability to handle report writing tasks.  Excellent command of handling Analytical Tools and Reporting Techniques. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. English Language Skills.
