Positions Announced:
1. Junior Management Positions – Legal
▪ To handle and monitor litigation casts before different courts/forums of law through external counsels. review the pleadings before filing for the counts and maintain the status of court cases and follow up with external lawyers.
• To vet agreements, MORS, Addendum, etc., and other legal documents and render a legal opinion in the matter. if required. • To provide legal advisory services and other required legal assistance to the departments on their different legal issues after reviewing Inquiry Reports. Charge Sheets. Show Cause notices. Court Orders and other relevant documents.
• Review all relevant contracts, agreements, letters, proposals, etc. to ensure compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations, and raise issues that may have legal and statutory implications for the Company.
• Keep abreast of legal and statutory development pertaining to the business of the Company, update and advise the supervisor accordingly.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• The candidate must have a Law Degree from an HEC-recognized Law School/University. A solicitor, Bar-at-law, or L.L. M. would be an added advantage. • Possess up to 04 years of overall experience with a minimum of 1.2 years related experience in junior management positions. • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently with excellent interpretation and drafting skills.
