Positions Announced:

1. Legal Practitioner / Law Firms

LLB/LLM or Bar-at-Law preferably from a recognized foreign university. The applicant must be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan. The applicant, in the case of Advocate High Court, must have practicing experience of a minimum of five years in tax, service, and constitutional matters Demonstrable experience in taxation | taxation, service, and laws especially sales tax through constitutional cases reported judgments

Scope of work:

To tender legal advice and written opinions. To represent and appear in legal proceedings on behalf of PRA. To prepare permanent replies, grounds of appeal, and other admissible court documents.
