Positions Vacant: 

1. Head of Sales – Health Insurance Lahore / Karachi / Islamabad

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 10-12 years of experience in sales with an existing portfolio in the fast-paced and dynamic business environment of the Health Insurance industry. The incumbent must have hands-on experience in training and managing sales teams. Must have analytical skills in evaluating market needs and developing strategies to be competitive in the market.

2. Regional Sales Manager – Health Insurance Lahore & Karachi

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 8-10 years of experience in sales in Health Insurance. The ideal candidate must also have a proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation while displaying exceptional leadership skills and confidence.

3. Business Development Executives – Health Insurance Lahore, Islamabad & Karachi

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 3-6 years of experience in sales in Health Insurance. The ideal candidate should also have experience in evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information while transforming it into potential leads.

4. Head of Retail – Health Insurance Lahore / Karachi

Qualification / Experience required for the job: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 8-10 years of experience of retail side products in Health Insurance using BANCA & other channels. The ideal candidate must possess proven experience as a retail manager with knowledge of retail health products and have insight into retail channel development and retail business growth.
