Positions Announced:
1. Manager – Brand Communication
Responsibilities:
Support the brand teams in the development and execution of marketing and communication plans – both ATL and BTL. Work closely with digital and corporate communications to ensure coordination in media communication execution. Support the development of communication tools from conception to implementation ensuring all projects are on brief and meet the highest standards. Have a grasp of the target markets of multiple brands for effective media planning and execution (print, electronic, digital) which includes targeting, measurability, data analysis, customer profiling, and segmentation. Set targets and measure results for communication per campaign. Consolidate and manage all measures of media and recommend to brand team optimal media buy to achieve brand growth or health targets.
Qualification / Experience: Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior equivalent position or one position below. Analytical skills, data-driven mindset, an affinity to numbers, and attention to detail. An understanding of trends and market research. Time and project management skills including the ability to work with diverse teams and multiple projects at the same time.
Strong and proven track record with branding, communications, media planning and execution (print, electronic, digital), and BTL activities.
The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of the application.
