All applicants MUST apply using their own CNIC / Juvenile Card issued by NADRA. Applications received with any other CNIC may lead to application rejection. If any applicant is under 18, he/she must apply using
NADRA-verified Juvenile Card. To participate in the test, all applicants MUST present their own CNIC or Juvenile Card in original. No alternative identification will be accepted. Applications must be submitted online through the HEC website: http://hec.gov.pk/site/bf3 Hard copies of applications and any other documents are not required at this stage. A test fee of Rs. 500/- is to be deposited via 1Link 1Bill invoice to participating Banks / ATM / Internet Banking / Mobile Banking / Easypaisa / JazzCash / Upaisa. Once you have selected the 1Link 1bill Invoice payment service, sign in / open your mobile app and click on Bill payment or payment services (as your mobile banking app options). Click on the 1Bill Invoice payment service and enter the consumer number generated by the application portal. Once you see the details, pay the amount. After depositing the fee through 1Link 1Bill Invoice, click on “Verify Online Payment” on the application form. (The test fee is non-refundable / non-transferable). The applicant must submit the application after completing the application form online. Saved or incomplete applications will not be considered in any respect. HEC reserves the right to postpone or cancel the scholarship process at any stage without assigning any reason.
