Positions Announced:
1. CEO
The suitable candidate should have A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) OR a Master’s Degree (Business: Management/Finance: Commerce) from a university/ institution recognized by Higher Education Commission (HEC) or wed reputed international university. OR Fellow Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants (ICAP; ICMAP and others). Minimum 20 years experience in large public or national/multinational organizations out of which 5 years should be in a similar role of senior management position • Working experience of managing a large scale utility will be an added advantage
AGE: The age of the candidate should not be more than 62 years as on the last date of application
2. COO
The COO. reporting to the CEO shall be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of the utility. which
entails ensuring the smooth distribution of water supply and sewerage services to the city. The key job responsibilities include but are not limited to the planning maintenance and development of the related infrastructure and daring sustainable growth while focusing on business process optimization and efficiency, as pal Ola phased reform agenda • The job demands excellent problem soNmg. woe management and stakeholder management skills, as well as a deep understanding of operational systems and requirements
The suitable candidate should have A Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil/ Architectural / Engineering) registered with Pakistan Engineering Council PEC), Masters’s Degree in Engineering would be preferred. Minimum 20 years experience in large public or private sector organizations out of which 05 years should be in senior management roles/Head of operations in any public sector. national or multinational organization. Experience in providing civic or utility services to the public will be given preference
