Positions Announced:
1. Junior Finance Officer – Education Office GB
The Junior Finance Officer will be responsible for supporting financial operations within the framework of approved policies of AKES. P Schools in the GB region. This role mainly includes the following functions: • Consolidation and supervision of fee collection statements received from RSOUsi Schools and their submission within the stipulated deadline. • Confirmation of fee transfers from respective banks on a fortnightly basis and notifying the respective Office • Maintenance and updating of school-wise defaulters’ lists of students. • Following up with the heads of units) and schools on fee-related matters. • Ensuring proper and timely filing of all Accounts and tee-related documents of all units, maintaining a backup of FCS GL for easy accessibility, durability, and future reference (Vouchers and other reports monthly, binding of ledgers on an annual basis). • Reporting month-end Fee collection of AKS & Hostels to the Education Office. • Fulfilment of any other duty assigned by the supervisor The ideal candidate must have either a partial qualification in ACCMCMACA finalist, Masters in Commerce /MBkBBA (Finance), and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity at an institution of good repute. The individual should possess a strong knowledge of financial management. budgeting, treasury. taxation, and organizational skills. Additionally, effective communication, proficiency in English, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
