1. Regional Head North

The candidate must hold at least a Master’s Degree preferably in the field of Business Administration or Commerce with 14-16 years of relevant banking experience in a similar capacity.

2. Regional Operations Manager (South & Central)

The candidate must hold at least a Master’s Degree preferably in the field of Business Administration or Commerce with 12-14 years of relevant banking experience in a similar capacity.

3. Area Operations Manager

The candidate must hold at least a Master’s Degree preferably in the field of Business Administration or Commerce with 8-10 years of relevant banking experience in a similar capacity.

4. Area Manager

The candidate must hold at least a Master’s Degree preferably in the field of Business Administration or Commerce with 10-12 years of relevant banking experience in a similar capacity.

5. Branch Manager

The candidate must hold at least a Master’s Degree preferably in the field of Business Administration or Commerce with 7-9 years of relevant banking experience in a similar capacity.

6. Operations Manager

The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of relevant banking experience.

7. Relationship Manager

The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree with 4-5 years of relevant banking experience.

8. Relationship Officer

The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 or more years of relevant banking experience.

9. Customer Services Officer & Teller

10. Verification Officer

The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant banking experience.

11. Collection & Recovery Officer

The candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 or more years of relevant banking experience.

12. Team Lead Corporate Finance

The candidate must hold ACCA or CA or a Master’s Degree in Finance with 6-8 years of relevant banking experience in a similar capacity.

13. Senior Dealer Treasury

The candidate must hold at least a Master’s Degree with 6-8 years of relevant banking experience in a similar capacity.
