1. Vice-Chancellor
The Vice-Chancellor shall be the principal executive and academic & officer of the university; would promote teaching, research, and publications; and ensure excellent administration and efficiency of the University. The applicant should: Not be more than sixty-five (65) years of age on the last date fixed for the submission of applications. Have earned a Ph.D. degree freer than an HEC recognized or UNESCO listed In that Have experience in senior academic research or management leadership position. Possess a distinguished research and publications record. The applications of the interested professionals on the prescribed proforma, along with the supporting documents and Resume, should be addressed to the Secretary of Higher Education Department/ Secretary of the Search Committee, Higher Education Department, Secretariat, Lahore, Punjab. Seven extra copies filed in the prescribed proforma only must also accompany the main application. The application, complete in all respects and supported with all documents, must reach the Higher Education Department no later than 29.04.2022 before the closing of office hours. Incomplete applications will riot be entertained. All the applicants shall have to appear for an interview in person. No Interviews will be allowed through video Inks I.e. Skype/ WhatsApp etc, except for those candidates who are currency employed abroad.
