Reports to: Reporting directly to the President, the CFO and Vice President (VP) Finance is an integral member of the Executive Committee of the University and is accountable for the development of a financial strategy and administration of all financial operations of the University. Managing a global finance team of 400, the CFO and VP Finance will undertake and oversee the preparation of financial feasibilities, develop and monitor control systems designed to preserve organization assets, monitor adherence to the budget, and report accurate financial results.

Eligibility criteria required for the following vacant position: The CFO and VP of Finance should be strategic thinkers with the vision, capacity, knowledge, and expertise to set a direction for the finance function. The role requires a driven, evidence-based, and entrepreneurial finance leader, with extensive experience in a senior leadership position, managing a large and complex global organization, and the ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
