Job Description:
Government of Sindh, Energy Department, Project Management Unit, Sindh Solar Energy Project invites applications from qualified, experienced and highly motivated individuals on a purely contractual basis under ADP scheme 541 (2019-20) titled “Sindh Solar Energy Project” having domicile of the province of Sindh. The qualification/experience required to fill the vacant posts are mentioned in the advertisement below:
Positions Vacant:
1. Manager of Solar Home Systems
Basic Pay Scale: PPS – 09
Qualification / Experience required for the job: The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a Masters in Management Sciences and substantial Project development and execution.
2. IT Database Manager
Basic Pay Scale: PPS – 09
Qualification / Experience required for the job: The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences / MIS / Business Administration (specialization in IT) or with a major in a relevant discipline. MIS related qualification / certification. At least 10 years of experience.
3. Accounting Officer
Basic Pay Scale: PPS – 08
Qualification / Experience required for the job: The candidate should have at least a Master’s Degree from HEC recognized University preferably in Accounting or Finance preferably CMA / CPA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent). At least 5 years of Progressive, the experience of Financial Management Services. (Post Qualification) in the public and private energy sectors.
4. Administrative Officer
Basic Pay Scale: PPS – 07
Qualification / Experience required for the job: The candidate should have a Masters in Business Administration MBA or relative field. Ten years of post-qualification working experience and adequate provision experience as administration manager, in-depth understanding of office management procedure and departmental and legal policies. Proficient in MS Office.
