A Private Limited Coal Mining Company requires highly skilled qualified and dedicated human resources for its Underground Coal Mining Projects at Lakhra Coal Field, District Jamshoro and Head Office situated in Karachi.

1. DGM (Finance / Admin) / CFO
Qualification / Experience: CA / ACCA / ICMA with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
2. Manager Finance / Accounts
Qualification / Experience: MBA Finance with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
3. Manager Human Resource Management
Qualification / Experience: MBA HRM with a minimum of 5 years of HRM experience in a reputable organization.
4. Project Manager
Qualification / Experience: BE (Mining) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in underground coal mining.
5. Manager Procurement
Qualification / Experience: MBA. Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement in a reputable Organization.
6. Asst. Manager Mining
Qualification / Experience: BE Mining. Min 5 years of underground coal mining experience.
7. Asst. Manager
Qualification / Experience: MBA (Finance / Accounts). Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Admin and Financial Management.
8. Asst. Manager / Internal Auditor
Qualification / Experience: MBA / CA (Inter). Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualification / Experience: B.Com / BBA. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

15. Time Keeper / Dispatcher
Qualification / Experience: Matric Preferable. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience of coal mining.
16. Mine Sardar
Qualification / Experience: Matric Preferable. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and having valid Mine Sardar Certificate.
17. Driver
Qualification / Experience: Matric Preferable. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and holding a valid LTV driving license.
18. Cook
Qualification / Experience: Matric Preferable. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
19. Peon / Cleaner
Qualification / Experience: Matric Preferable. Preferably experienced.
B. Skill Development Center
1. Coordinator
Qualification / Experience: MBA / BE (Mining). Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in managing the Skill Development Center / Training Institute, Coal Mining experience will be considered an advantage.
2. Trainer / Instructor
Qualification / Experience: BE (Mining) / DAE (Mining) B.Sc Geology. Minimum 5 years of underground coal mining experience in a reputable organization, in case of DAE Mining, a minimum of 10 years of underground coal mining experience.
3. Accounts / Admin Assitant
Qualification / Experience: B.Com / BBA. Minimum 5 years of Finance and Admin, experience in a reputable organization.
4. Receptionist (Female)
Qualification / Experience: BA / FSc / FA. Local residents of the Lakhra area with experience will be preferred.
5. Driver
Qualification / Experience: Middle / Matric. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and holding a valid driving license.
6. Peon / Cleaner
Qualification / Experience: Middle / Matric. Experienced Candidate will be preferred.
