1. Deputy Manager of Corporate Affairs

Qualification / Experience required for the job: MBA preferably with Law Degree. Minimum 7 years of experience and with knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations, as applicable to the industry.

Place of Posting / Location of the job: Lahore

Age limit required for the job: The age limit required for the job should not be above than 35 years.

The applicant will be responsible for the following: Managing and pursuing legal matters/litigations in various courts of law. Completing requisite documentation for filing new mining leases with Mines & Minerals Department, Government of Punjab. Also, Coordinating matters related to various mining leases held by the company. Completing requisite documentation for filing new land acquisition cases with Directorate of Industries, Government of Punjab. The hiring of environment consultant (s) for obtaining environmental approvals of various company projects, from the Punjab Environment Protection Agency. Maintaining a record of agreements and contracts made between the company and other agencies and organizations. Promoting industrial relations and maintaining liaison with various Government departments/agencies. Any other tasks as assigned by the Director of Corporate Affairs.
