1. Company Secretary:
The candidate should have either of the following qualifications: A member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR A member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries OR A person holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce from a University recognized by HEC or a Law graduate from a university recognized by HEC. Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in corporate organizations out of which at least 5 years experience of Company Secretary in a public limited company having total assets of five billion rupees or more. Additional relevant experience will be an added advantage. Candidates with a diversity of experience from large companies of both the public and private sectors will be given preference. Well-versed with Companies’ Law and SECP regulations. Fully understands requirements of compliances with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
