Role and Responsibilities: To enable Mr. Zia Mohyeddin to devote undivided attention to teaching and imparting guidance. he has been elevated to the position of President Emeritus. To introduce new clarity and focus on specific management, corporate and administrative functions, applications are being invited for the position of CEO of NAPA.
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Citizenship of, and permanent residence in Pakistan and a tax tiler. Be between about 40 years and 52 years of age. Subject to an individual possessing most other qualifications as stated above, the age requirement could be relaxed up to a reasonable number at the discretion of the selection committee. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed University. At least 7 years of experience at either the senior-most or senior levels of the management of a corporate organization, preferably in the social sector or in a civil society organization active in the social sector. or in the arts and in cultural fields. Be articulate and fluent in spoken and in written Urdu and English. Capacity to work with a Faculty of diverse artistic realms and cohesively lead the staff team. Ability to engage with state institutions, the corporate sector, and civil society to mobilize financial and other resources for the advancement of NAPA’s goals.
