Job Description: The primary responsibility of this high-profile position is to achieve assigned branch banking targets by generating deposits and cross-selling other consumer banking products. Relationship Managers are to: Achieve assigned Deposit targets on monthly basis through New to bank customers to manage & grow deposit portfolio assigned by the branch management. Achieve assigned Cross-sales target of all consumer banking products (Credit Cards, Auto Loans, Bancassurance, Personal loans, etc.) Maintain high service quality standards while interacting with the customers for business retention.
Qualification required for the following vacant positions: Minimum graduation with knowledge of banking products and processes.
Experience required for the following vacant positions: Preferably 1-year relevant experience.
Skills required for the following vacant positions: Strong interpersonal skills with approachable and friendly personality; Good communication skills (Written & verbal); Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
