Job Description: The Deputy Commissioner, District UpperChitral invites applications from eligible individual consultants from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa preferably from the Malakand Division for the following contractual position under the Community-Driven Local Development Program of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The duration of the assignment is one year from the date of contract signing extendable for another period of one year on mutual consent of the parties and subject to clearance/recommendations from a performance review committee specially constituted for the purpose.

Positions Vacant:
1. CDLD Senior Program Engineer
The number of vacant posts: 1 vacant post
Age Limit: Age limit shall be up to 45 Years till the date of publication of this call of EOI
Salary: The individual consultant would be paid Monthly fee @ 100,000/PKR
Qualification / Experience: University Degree in Civil Engineering (Registered with PEC) Minimum 10-year Experience.
2. Rural Infrastructure Engineer
The number of vacant posts: 1 vacant post
Age Limit: Age limit shall be up to 45 Years till the date of publication of this call of EOI
Salary: The individual consultant would be paid Monthly fee @ 80,000/PKR
Qualification / Experience: University Degree in Civil Engineering (Registered with PEC). Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
3. Program Officer – Social Mobilization
The number of vacant posts: 1 vacant post
Age Limit: Age limit shall be up to 50 Years till the date of publication of this call of EOI
Salary: The individual consultant would be paid Monthly fee @ 80,000/PKR
Qualification / Experience: At least a Master’s Degree(Sixteen Years) of formal education in Social Sciences. Public Administration, Project Management or any other relevant discipline from HEC recognized University. A minimum of five years’ experience in public or development sector organizations or both would be basic eligibility.
4. Social Mobilizer
Gender: Male
The number of vacant posts: 1 vacant post
Age Limit: Age limit shall be up to 45 Years till the date of publication of this call of EOI
Salary: The individual consultant would be paid Monthly fee @ 50,000/PKR
Qualification / Experience: Master Degree (Sixteen Years) of formal education in Social Sciences or relevant from HEC recognized University with four years’ experience in public or development sector organizations or both would be basic eligibility Or At least Bachelor Degree (Fourteen Years) of formal education (Major Subjects of Social Sciences) or relevant with six years’ experience in relevant field.
