Positions Announced:
1. Director ERP
Eligibility criteria: Chartered Accountant, ACM, Masters h Computer Science, IT Computer Software Engineering, ma- Management Sciences, &combing & Finance, or a related & Offline from HEC recognized local or foreign. However, Ph.D. in these disciplines will be given preference. Minimum 12 years Post Qualification experience in Oracle application with at least 2 full ERP life cycle implementation. Preferably PMP certified professional Oracle Certified Professional will be preferred, Must have in-depth knowledge and project management to manage a sizable project team. Additional technical qualifications and certifications along with a variety of work experience will be an added advantage. Be able to troubleshoot the application issues. Must have good communication skills, spoken and written as ice,/ as presentation skills.
2. Team Lead (Expert HRM)
Eligibility Criteria: Masters in Computer Science/ IT/Cornouter Software Engineering/MBA HR Masters in HR, Management Sciences Accounting & Finance, BSc Hons (16 years qualification) in a related discipline from HEC recognized Universities /Institutions /Foreign. Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in Oracle application with at least 1 full life cycle implementation. Technical Expertise in Oracle Human Resources (HR) Oracle Payroll Oracle Self-Service Human Resources (SSHR) Oracle Performance Management Oracle i-recruitment Oracle Time & Labor (OM Oracle Learning Management Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB) Expertise with Oracle tools i.e. Forms & Reports, PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, XML Publisher, and Oracle Discoverer. Understanding and working experience of Oracle Workflows. Additional technical qualifications and certifications along with a variety of work experience will be an added advantage.
