Job Announced:

1. Human Resource Generalist

• Payroll Management

Prepare monthly payroll (attendance, leaves management, deductions, turnover, etc.) and get it approved by the Director of Operations. After approval, forward Payroll to the Accounts department for salary disbursement

• Recruitment & Selection

Handling complete Recruitment & Selection process from posting jobs to onboarding of sales team and head office employees, scheduling interviews, and reporting to Director Operations accordingly. Liaison with Sales managers to fill vacant positions in relevant areas, conduct interviews with line managers and Director Operations as and when required.

• Employee Record Management

Maintain and update Employee Data Base and personal files of all employees

• Official Letters & Emails

Prepare IOCs, official letters of employees (Offer, Appointment, Joining, Increment, Confirmation, Termination, etc.)

• Employee Induction & Orientation

Handle and plan new employees’ induction & orientation process by day one for smooth workflow & operations

• Employee Grievances

Handle Employee Grievances in attendance, leaves, salary deductions, records, policies & procedures, etc.

• Employee Exit Administration

Handle employee separation process as per resignation/termination policy and update turnover accordingly

• Maintain CV Data Bank

Maintain and update position-wise and department wise CV Data Bank for emergency hiring

• Performance Management System

Prepare Annual Appraisal Sheet as per Performance Evaluation and get it approved by Director Operations

• HR Policy Manual

Prepare and update the HR Policy Manual as and when required and report to the Director of Operations accordingly. Execute approved policies.

• HR Reporting

Prepare HR reports i.e. benefit administration, employee cost to the company etc, and present to Director Operations as and when required

• Organization Development

Prepare Organization Structure, JDs, KPIs, Job Grade Chart, Salary Slabs, etc. report to Director Operations
Any other task assigned by Director Operations / CEO
