GIZ’s Support to Local Governance (LoGo II) Programme supports the provincial Governments of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab in enhancing political participation of the citizens and improving the performance of the local government structures to effectively provide local services. The Programme is seeking a suitable candidate for the following positions mentioned as follows.
Positions Announced:
1. Technical Advisor Citizen Engagement
Place of posting / Location of the following job: This position is located in Peshawar
Qualification required for the following vacant position: Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, Civic Education. Political Communication and Development Studies, Business Administration or related field required
Experience required for the following vacant position: At least 3 years of professional experience relevant to facilitating public dialogue and exchange formats Previous experience working with development sector and: or familiarity with respective policies, technical assistance, coordination with partners is an asset Norlijng experience with women groups in KP and or Punjab will be an asset Very good knowledge of the local government system in KP, concepts of participatory development and state-citizen interactions are required Availability to conduct field missions to target districts in Punjab and KP
