1. Director Administration

Qualification / Experience required for the job: 

At least F.A/F.SC Retired District Officer Frontier Constabulary Note: The post-retirement period should not be more than 2 years.
Experience: Having at least 10 years of experience at the senior supervisory level. (Grade 17.18) Skills & Competencies: He should have good administrative and office management skills. He should have good experience in Human Resources Management. He should have good knowledge of budgetary matters and accountancy. He should have a sound understanding of service rules and disciplinary matters. He should have good communications and interpersonal skills

2. Director Operations

Qualification / Experience required for the job: At least F.A/F.SC Retired District Officer Frontier Constabulary Note: The post-retirement period should not be more than 2 years.
Experience: 10 years at a senior supervisory level. (Grade 17 18) Skill & Competencies: He should have proven experience in Operational Command. He should have a good understanding of HRD. He should have sound knowledge of Personnel management. He should have a good understanding of disciplinary matters. He should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
