Job Description:
Applications are invited from eligible and qualified candidates for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor (BPS – 17) for Pakistani citizens having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the Directorate of Prosecution Home & Tribal Affairs Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. The Incumbents must have at least 2nd Class LLB / BS (Law) Honours / BS (Sharia Law) Honours (5 years) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university, and a License from Bar Council.

Nationality: Pakistani
Domicile: The Candidates must have a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
Age Limit: 25 – 35 years
Qualification / Experience: The Incumbents must have at least 2nd Class LLB / BS (Law) Honours / BS (Sharia Law) Honours (5 years) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university, and a License from Bar Council.
