Responsibilities required for the Job: The major responsibilities of the Medical Director /CEO include to Formulate and implement hospital goals, strategies and objectives to provide high-quality healthcare services for patients’ growth. To develop and implement the clinical, financial and operational plans, procedures and protocols. Plan, manage and lead the overall hospital activities to ensure smooth functioning of all departments. Monitor clinical care activities and patients services.
Qualification / Experience required for the job: Candidates should have MBBS degree and high caliber management skills with at least 10 years of professional experience in leading a major hospital.
