1. HR Manager
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of best market practices for HR systems, policies, and procedures aligned with strategic business requirements. Must have led training and development programs in the organization. Supervise all HR strategic matters including but not limited to Manpower planning, HR Budget, employment contract management, employee relations, and grievance handling. Design and implement company policies that promote a result-oriented healthy and motivational work environment. Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire). Maintain organogram by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Any other task assigned by the Management.
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: MBA, Masters Degree with a concentration in Human Resources or Equivalent from HEC recognized University, preferably a Law Graduate familiar with Labour Laws of Pakistan. Good Communication skills and Adaptability. Fluent in the Pashto language would be an added advantage. Must have at least 7 years relevant experience in Human Resource Management. Prior experience in handling labor office.
