1. Finance Officer
The number of vacant positions: 01 Position
Place of Posting / Location of the Job: Quetta
Job Role: Finance Officer is responsible for managing project accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. The incumbent needs to be familiar with audits, invoices, and budget preparations. The incumbent will responsible for project payments, entering project related transactions in Navigator field connections (accounting software), the incumbent will ensure compliance with the donor’s rules and regulations at field level during the implementation of field activities.
Qualification / Experience required: Master degree accounting or similar discipline with 03 years’ experience in accounting/ bookkeeping as well as in double-entry accounting in a reputable organization.
2. Project Officer Education – Female
The number of vacant positions: 01 Position
Place of Posting / Location of the Job: Quetta
Job Role: Project Officer has overall responsibility for the implementation school education program in identified project locations. She will ensure that the formal education component activities including sports activities to enhance life skills at project Pakistani girl’s schools are implemented according to schedule, budget and required quality.
Qualification / Experience required: Masters in Social Sciences or equivalent. At least 03 years’ experience of formal education Programme, strategic planning, managing training programs.
3. Procurement Supervisor

Place of Posting / Location of the Job: Quetta
Job Role: The procurement supervisor will responsible for maintaining the paperwork and procurement operations as per organizational policy and procedure. Implement / field testing of all approved procurement policies and procedures in coordination with the Sr. Operation Officer, Finance and in consultation with Program Managers and team members.
Qualification / Experience required: Bachelor’s in Social Sciences or equivalent. At least 02 years’ relevant experience preferably in the NGO/INGO sector.
4. Cleaner
The number of vacant positions: 01 Position
Place of Posting / Location of the Job: Quetta
Qualification / Experience required: Be able to read and write. At least 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in the NGO/INGO sector. Be able to work both day and night shifts. Physically and mentally sound Fluency in spoken Urdu and local languages. The Cleaner is responsible to look after office premises regarding the cleanliness and maintenance.
